Why we built this
Most CRMs were built for SaaS, real estate, or e-commerce. None of them have a vessel record. None track AIS. None understand a charter season. So management companies stitch together five tools and hope the data lines up.
We built one platform that does CRM, marketing, sales engagement, social, and intelligence — with a maritime layer underneath. And because it sees your fleet and the industry's signals, no one has to send a cold email again: every message starts from a real event on a real boat.
The team
If you've heard of YMS360 (fleet operations software) or Triton Technical (yacht IT, AV, and cybersecurity), you've heard of us. Same engineering and yacht-industry team, different problem. YMS360 Engage is what we wished we'd had for marketing and growth — so we built it.
