We make money on paid plans (more seats, sending volume, sales engagement, social manager, advanced AI, white-glove onboarding) and on the broader marine product family our team builds — but you are never obligated to take any of it.
Do we still send cold emails?

The whole point of YMS is that you do not have to: triggers you set — on live AIS movements, refits, sales, captain changes and more — surface real signals on real vessels and companies, and each becomes a drafted, on-brand message built from your products. Every send can start from a genuine, timely reason to reach out.
Who owns the data we put in?
You do. Your contacts, vessels, campaign content and analytics are yours. We never sell or share tenant data, and you can export everything to CSV at any time from inside the app.
Can we export at any time?
Yes. Contacts, vessels, segments and campaign analytics all support CSV export from the in-app UI. If you ever leave, you walk out with everything you put in.
How does the white-label work?

The platform was built by the same engineering team behind YMS360 and Triton Technical, so the security defaults look like a yacht-IT product, not a generic SaaS: Argon2id password hashing, encrypted PII, audit logs, RBAC, per-tenant data isolation, and an ISM-ready operational posture.
